Cultivate & Motivate from Within

I specialize in working with young adults, adults, and couples via Telehealth, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ related concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, everyday stressors, and addiction. When something is holding us back, we can become stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.

I have specialized training in Humanistic, Client-Centered therapy as well as Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused modalities. I believe that therapy should be accessible and culturally sensitive. My priority is to create a therapeutic alliance that empowers you to achieve greater fulfillment, connection, and well-being.

My goal as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to help you reconnect with the growth and resilience that already exist within you. Through a compassionate and honest therapeutic process, I aim to support you in building self-awareness, cultivating inner strength, and creating a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
